We are delighted to announce that Kirk Russell has joined the club team at Combe Grove, Kirk is a highly experienced physiotherapist and will be setting up a consultation studio opposite the gym enabling members to book physiotherapy appointments.
As part of his role at Combe Grove, Kirk will be supporting our wider health and fitness programme and we look forward to offering our members the chance to book a 1 hour fitness screening and assessment with him.
This session includes an in-depth discussion and analysis of past and current injuries, identifying areas of asymmetry, limited mobility or weakness, as well as assessing flexibility and general fitness which can then be used to create a tailored and managed fitness or injury recovery programme.
Kirk is a well-respected Physiotherapist with 19 years’ experience of working in elite sport, notably for the England Cricket Team from 2002 until 2011 during a highly successful period when England won 3 Ashes series and becoming Twenty20 World Champions in 2010.
